Hey Jules, Place looks great! Way better than a cardboard box! Joanne said that you were trying to work something out with your company to fly family down there to visit. I know Ian and Joanne are your closest family but I think you should take into account that Rob and I are the bourbon lovers in the family and would benefit from visiting the "Bourbon Festival" that apparently happens across the street from your new digs...
