Can I just say....

...that ADT is a wonderful investment and I highly recommend it for those times when you are a completely scattered MORON that leaves toast in your toaster over then walks over to your neighbour's house while it burns to charcoal and completely fills your house with smoke while your cat and dog are inside!!!

ONLY to be the idiot sitting at your neighbour's dining room table when the paramedics in full lights and siren arrive closely followed by the fire department all decked out in their fire fighting finest!  THERE really is no better feeling in the world to have them carry out the nasty toast burning culprit and place it in your front yard for all to see.
(You are probably wondering why I didn't hear the alarm in my house going off, but some other moron on the street was cutting his lawn at 8:30 at night!)

I would like to say a very humble THANK YOU to my very lovely friend Terri (and my "in case of an emergency" contact) who had the beejeesus scared out of her when she received a phone call from ADT telling her that her friend's house might be on fire with her trapped inside it and that fire rescue and the paramedics are on scene! Creating such panic in Terri (because she is a very caring, loving friend) that she jumped in her husband's truck and beat it over to her friend's house when all she wanted to do is sleep since she was at work at 3:30am that morning and had to be at work at 3:30am the following day!  (Not sure that there is a Hallmark card to really cover how bad I feel and how sorry I am.)

So to recap....
1. ADT really good investment.
2. Men in uniform are really hot.
3. Toaster ovens will never be allowed in my house EVER again.
4. Terri is a really AWESOME friend that I really don't deserve
5. Julie a complete MORON!

  1. For the record, I went because I love you, and like I said last night I was so relieved you are ok. I am only sorry I missed the hot Fire Fighters......

Don't feel bad or sorry, I told Kelsey about it and she felt much better about having done something similar a while back. So really "thank you" from Kelsey! xo
